Default new clutch?

Well I am taking my car to get a new clutch and get my flywheel resurfaced, what should I keep in mind when I talk to the guy about what all I will get and ****. If I were to like pay 400 what all should I get? Just so I know I am not getting jipped.

for $400 hope that the guy doesn't give you refurbished crap. that is very cheap.

if someone quoted you 400 and the guy is reputable, go for it, otherwise, find someone else, IMO. cheap is good, but quality is better.

It grabs hard and doesn't slip I have it paired up with an aluminum flywheel (still breaking it in) and it is great so far ^_^ I would recommend it to anybody

I'm doing mine this week...buy quality...and do the work yourself....not for a begginer....but not too difficult...save lots of $$ by being your own mechanic

a lighter flywheel is good because it reduces rotational mass of the engine thus allowing the engine to rev faster and frees up power. It is all up to you wether or not you want a lighter flywheel. If you do want to get one, I would recommend a Fidanza flywheel, just because that's what I have

I haven't noticed any chatter from mine. The engagement of mine is smooth, as smooth if not smoother than stock. I don't think there's anything to worry about until you get to the extremely hard grabbing pressure plates and clutches with un-sprung hubs.
