Default Crx si sunroof issues

Whenni purchased the car I was told that the sunroof tracks needed to be greased to make it work properly (also to clean the drain tubes). Well I've never messed with this stuff does anyone have any videos or anything like it to help with getting this done I did clean my switch pints as I know it's an old stuff but now I hit the button and I hear the motor come on but nothing it just sits there.
So anyone have any ideas wht this could be I really want to get this working and the drains clear soncebits supposed to rain all week and the sunroof will not open.I read in a guide it could be the motors clutch needing adjustment but I figured I'd check here first no harm there right?

the tubes are clogged at the outlet. just need to get to them and loosen whatever gunk is clogging it.

how to clean the rear drain tube. its easy, just remove the tail light cover and youll see it there. no need to remove the bumper but it does make it clearer to see.

front tube outlet is behind the fender. you can get to it from the inside if you reach up.

if you are hearing the motor activated, then you probably want to diagnose closer by removing the head liner and seeing what else is stuck.

there is a plastic plug near the back close to the motor, you use whatever metric hex bit to drive it manually open or close. this was included in the original tool kit in the spare tire area if its still around.
