My 2001 manual Honda Accord has recently started leaking from both the sides of the car. These leaks go from the front tire well to the back tire well on both sides as you can see in the photo. It's a clear odourless liquid that is slightly oily. I have checked all my fluids. They are all full and none of them are clear anyways.

AC in my car doesn't work so i know it's not water from that.
It has been 85 degrees these past couple days and it doesn't evaporate.
Any help is appreciated!
