I recently bought a 2000 Acura Integra gs, it has a B18B motor with a 4 speed automatic transmission, and I want to make it faster, but don't know where to start.

 

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt here...
What are your goals with this car?
What do you mean by faster? Faster in a straight line, faster around a corner, faster off a cliff?

Cheatsheet:
Change engine to B18C/1 $1500
Build engine with forged internals ~$2500
Build head for high RPM ~$2000
Change transmission to JDM or USDM LSD ITR $1700
Install Turbo/Supercharger/IHE/N2O $300-$30000
Dyno tune new ECU ~$500
Install suspension $1000
Upgrade tires $1000
Remove interior FREE
Replace all fenders/Hood/Trunk with CF ~$2000
Take it to a track day and have some fun $300

Most of these items can be done independently of the others. You may find that removing the interior and having a day at the track is more fun than making it "faster".
