Default Clutch Master Cylinder. HELP!

This is what I understand.

1999 Honda Accord

The accord came with a plastic Clutch Master Cylinder that would often go bad. Quickly Honda starting making a new one (back in early 2000's) that was all metal.

Now honda no longer makes a Clutch Master Cylinder that will fit the original inlet. In order to upgrade the clutch master cylinder to the new metal ones, you have to change the hydraulic line from the Slave Cylinder to the Clutch master cylinder in order for the new clutch master cylinder to fit in.

The new clutch master cylinders will NOT work with the old hydraulic lines.

Has anyone run into this problem!?

What is your solution?

I have two shops saying that this part does not exist and now cannot fix the car at all.

Default Re: Clutch Master Cylinder. HELP!

so I have a 2000 Honda accord lx 2.3l I4 and I have a busted clutch line that connects the master cylinder to the slave cylinder with no idea how to remove it, its tucked way behind the engine and there's so many damn lines going over top of it I cant pull it out. I have it detached from the slave cylinder and I was able to remove the codder pin that holds the line into the master cylinder. I'm not sure if I have to remove the throttle body or not I was hoping not to but if anyone has any tips for me it would be much appreciated. Ik I should have created a post for this but I'm not a member yet
