Default Coilover issues

I got a set of adjustable coilovers for my 95 Civic ex that claim to work with the stock dampers/shocks but when I installed them the shock just shoots up out the top. Am I doing something wrong? Please help! Thanks in advamce!

Cheap china sleeves, not coil overs. You should have saved up a little more and bought something better and more complete like "progress cs2".
