honda civic 1992 clicks but no start and when you turn the key to postion on, how many of the lights must show at the dash

 

CAN YOU UPLOAD A VIDEO OF WHAT ITS DOING?

 

More information required.

1) Is the car new to you? How long have you had the car?
2) How long has this been going on?
3) What have you done so far in diagnosing the problem?
4) Was anything done (workwise) to the car prior to this problem occurring?

 

The lights on the dash are not important if the starter doesn't even turn when you turn the key.

 

Thanks everyone. It is starting now.
1. A fuse was blown and I replaced it
2. The fuel line from the fuel filter to the TB/to intake(i don't get exact name) was blocked. I loose the Bolt and free the line. This fuel was delivered.
