I gave my 2012 Honda Civic to my cousin this past week after changing the battery, and he said that the radio was not working. He was able to input a radio code and says that he can hear stations, but he can't change station by using the radio console. He also said that the source button was not working, and did not change to a different source. However, the button does beep when pressed. I can't do much because he already has the car 100 miles away. But I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions?

 

Did he get the code from the dealer or find some random code from the internet?
