P0113 Trouble code OBD2 Please Help

My 97 Civic LX 1.6L sedan I’ve replaced the IAT Sensor and connector pigtail and the MAP Sensor and the code is still on and won’t even erase when erased it with my obd2 scanner PLEASE HELP!
