I bought a 1995 b20vtec with si transmission that has been sitting for a little over a year. I got it to work again but every time I hit a certain sweet spot in the rpm, it rings. Any idea? This happens through every gears.

intake. you have non oem filter correct? its ok

 

That's probably it, it has spectre cone air filter. But why does it make that noise though?

 

not sure. something to do with the pitch. air being sucked in through these types of filters into the intake makes a whistling.
sounds like turbo spool but no boost. its normal.
