I have a 99 accord 2.3l vtec lx and I just replaced the fuel pump and ignition switch. it helped starting issue I have but its still there. there is fuel pressure and no leaks that I know of. when its in park or neutral it will rev freely but wont go over 3,500 rpm when being driven. the cap, rotor, and plugs are still good. the plug wires don't look worn out. its completely stock. is there anything else I should check ? thank you. will check daily.

 

update on previous message, the catalytic converter was replaced. runs good now
