Headlights turn on when e brake is released
Im not talking about the daytime running lights either. When the car is running with headlights in the off position, if i release the parking brake the headlights turn on. Again this is not my daytime running lights. If I try and turn them on or off with the switch nothing happens when car is running with ebrake released.. When car is off the headlight switch works as it should. Anyone run into this issue? Thanks.

So I have also had a similar issue not EXACTLY the same but very close and I can suggest that during the swap it’s possible that when the electrical fuses like the brown and the two black ones by ur battery up front may be bad or have been accidentally swapped around and that could be the fix to it issue . I found extra relays in a junk yard once and when hooking up the brown one that is up front and grounds to the light essembly horn would start honking lol and as soon as I unplugged it nothing so I never used it cuz it was weird but lately I have been having an issue and every time I push my foot on the brake my inside lights will light up on my dash and then when I release the brake it stops so I’m thinking it’s time for new fuses all the way around
