Default '99 Accord 2.3l Blowby ...

New guy here ...
I have a (new to me) 1999 Honda Accord w/ the 2.3l 4cyl w/ a 125k on it. Several things aren't seeming normal to this old guy:
1) At idle, I'm getting a light 'clacking' noise that is always present. My assumption is valve lash/timing ... or???
2) Also at idle, when I pull the oil filler cap, I get what seems like A LOT of blow by. Definitely feel/and hear it. Side-by-side comparison with my other cars, I get either no blow by coming out the filler, or a very slight 'puff' (engines w/ 200k on them). My compression #s are consistent at 180 dry/220 wet across all 4 cylinders (w/i 5 PSI). Engine runs smooth, no "Check Engine' lights ... everything seems normal EXCEPT what I consider to be excessive blow by ...
Is that considered something 'normal' w/ this 2.3l V-TEC engine? Is it something unique to this engine? Is it something easy/common to this engine, like maybe the PCV ... or the _____ ??

All suggestions and input (aka, sage, old advice! : -) are welcomed and appreciated!
