Default Camber/Caster issue

Hiya H/T,

I'm stumped and need some assistance. I have a 91 DX Hatchback, I just put in upper control arms, lower ball joints and outer tie rods, took it to get new tires an alignment. After the adjustments Front right camber -3.6, Front right caster 2.5...
The car is stock other that I put Integra Fat fives on it when I bought it >1 year
When I took the steering knuckle off nothing was damaged or bent, the hub didn't have play in it, the body frame is straight. I called the previous owner and the car hasn't been in an accident or anything of that sort.

How can I fix this? More that anything what would be the cause for those 2 to be out of significantly out of spec?

I know I can buy adjustable upper control arms would solve the camber issue (hopefully), but how can I solve the caster?

Have you changes your radius rod bushings?
... and all the suspension bushings for that matter.

Might also have a bent control arm.
It wouldn't need to have been in a body damaging accident where all it would take is a a good bump into a curb could bend it.

Bent control arms are a real option, did that a few years ago sliding into a curb. Fun day, that.

Stupid questions, but were all the parts installed correctly? Was the alignment tech on an acid trip? That's a lot of camber to achieve without adjustable arms.

What were the numbers for the front left?

to actually answer the question

to fix the issue with the caster you need to look into the radius rods
the rods them selves or the bushings for the rods

Yesterday I put the car on a lift and checked the lower control arms, no damages.

The bushings were all replaced the same time I bought the car with ES (Someone locally had a set, but totaled their car).

I looked at the radius bushings(didn't remove them) they aren't destroyed, just looks old and worn and I will look into replacing them.

The left side specs are camber -0.7, caster 0.3.

The parts were all installed correctly and the tech wasn't on an acid trip lol. I had some one recheck the alignment and still the same.

Driving the car since the alignment, now has a pull to the right (who would've thought!). Have to see if I can fit adjustable uppers in my budget

Thanks for all the help!
