hey everyone my h23a vtec swapped accord with a obd2-obd1 harness and a p06 ecu has no service port... i made my own by splicing into wires d4 and d22 and adding a 2 pin connector so i could set my timing. when i jump this connector with the paperclip my cel comes on and stays on as the car runs (normal?) so i tried to advance my timing and with the dizzy pushed all the way back to the firewall i got 13-14. is this the proper procedure to make your own diagnostic port? Is this how i do it to set my ignition timing ?is there any way to set my ignition forwards abit ? as i have no room left for adjusment! any help is appreciated
