Is this a joke ??? I am not sure if you are a troll or just really lazy... but I am going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that you simply asked/posted before you really thought your own question through. Before we go into deep technical theory like bore size and bore center-line spacing... (which incidentally would have provided the answer you seek without even comparing manifolds), you might simply Google pics of both a D15B7 intake manifold gasket and a B18B1 intake manifold gasket and you will see OBVIOUS differences between the two... like, I don't know... the "D" manifold is affixed to the head with 7 fasteners and the "B" manifold is held on by 10.
