Default 2010 Civic LX question

Today I accidentally dropped two quarters in the slot next to the brake handle in my 2010 Civic. Does anyone know if the quarters could cause trouble if they are just left in place?
Brake handle is on left and slot is just to the right of the brake handle.

the trim all around the shifter pops right off, gently using a screwdriver

Thanks, holmesnmanny. I had "visions" of the quarters dropping into the transmission and wreaking havoc with the transmission.

the worst thing that can happen is coins can land in the seat track and not allow the seat to move
