hey I have a 98 gsr in a 1998 civic and have 1 long check engine light flash code or a code 10 flash code. I have put a new sensor in and wired the right connector on the obd2 harness off a d16y8 and it’s still not giving me full power. The p28 Ecu is chipped and I have 450cc injectors. I can’t get the code to go away. What else do I do?
