FSM does not detail replacing front fenders or front splash shield
My FSM for EG does not detail how to remove and replace the front splash shield or front fenders or inner fenders.
Do you think Honda just figures that those are so easy, if you have to ask you should not be wrenching?

I was trying to figure out what fasteners they use to secure everything underneath.
Online parts resources show one thing:

13-5 in FSM shows a smaller splash shield - I don't think I even have this? I do have the larger splash shield that wraps around the front, and want to put that back on.
This looks like it is showing 2 different type of fasteners; 2 are 1-piece, and then 2 more look like 2-piece fasteners:
