Flooded Engine?

Default Flooded Engine?

car want to start but it sounds like it backfires and chugs I pulled all the plugs out and 3 are wet 1 is dry same goes when I look down the spark plug wells the 3 that are wet are covered in gas the one that is dry turned straight black and they're brand new please help

leave the hood open and the spark plugs out to help the cylinders evaporate, and try again. Use carb cleaner and clean the plugs before putting them back in.

There is likely a deeper problem that caused this in the first place.

if 3 out of the 4 plugs are wet, likely, you have a spark/ignition issue. It's either bad spark plug wires or distributor (internal parts)
