I got a new EP3 clutch case from Honda to replace the original case in my 2004 EP3. Everything else from the original 2004 EP3 case was transferred to the new case. Nothing else was swapped. Is there anything else I need to do before I reinstall the tranny?

 

Did you measure the mainshaft free travel/end play ??? This is a CRITICAL measurement when replacing either the transmission case or clutch housing. Chances are good that you will have function problems if you are lucky... transmission damage will occur if you aren't so lucky. If you don't have the fixture/tool to check this... you need to get the transmission to a professional. Ask Aquafina.
