Icon5 2000 Acura Integra ECM wiring harness Hacked!

My ECM wiring harness is all fucked up i bought the car as a shell from what the last owner told me it had a type R motor in it. After i seen the Hack job someone did im staring to think i need a new harness. My question is does this have to be done to a harness in order for the motor to run?

Ouch.

What motor are you trying to put in the car?

What year is the car?

That appears to be an OBD2 ECU correct? What ECU is it? This picture shows where the ECU markings is, what does it say on yours?
