in my 07 Honda Civic, when I put the larger back seat down, the seat belt stretches down and interrupts the space. It's too taut to push down to the folded seat, and doesn't seem to be removable. How can I use the full space this teases?

remove the rear plastic speaker dash cover...unbolt seat belt.
