I have a 2012 Honda Accord, I have no lights on, no problems operating brakes. However when I get out of car there is smoke from all four tires and smell of burning rubber? Tires and rotors are extremely hot to touch.

 

Sounds like your calipers are dragging the pad on the rotor.

Did you recently have your brakes changed?
