94 Civic HB Brake/Suspension Questions
Hey,
I have a 94 Civic HB that I am about to put brakes and suspension on.
It seems that I could either go with coilovers +fastbrakes or I found a 96 Type R brake/suspension setup. Which do you think would be better? I can get the latter for about $600. I plan on putting a JDM TypeR motor in the car and drag racing it as well as autocrossing and tracking it.
Thanks

Have you tried Good brake pads, new rotors, and brake fluid yet? You would be suprised how much a difference it really makes. I recently put Axxis Ultimates and couldn't believe the difference from the other pads i was using. These are a good street/autoX pad.
If you really want bigger brakes and it were me I think i would get the fastbrakes kit.

I just sold my type R and want my civic to brake as well. I worry about brake fade too because I left foot brake on the autox and sometimes the get real squishy. Fast brakes are fairly cheap but are they better than stock 96 type r brakes?

Is that year 4 or 5 lug? Are you looking for both front and rear brakes or just fronts.
