Auto To Manual Swap HELP!
Got my 2001 accord with a f23a1, i have a parts car a 95 accord donor car that im taking the trans off. The trans is from a f22b2, and i have all the parts i need for $250. I already have the trans bolted in, cutch master cylinder, slave cylinder, all that good stuff hooked up, now im wondering about cv shafts, I have to reuse the drivers side from the 95? because its manual it has the intermidiate shaft thing? And I will use the f22b2 ecu with an obd2 to obd1 adapter. I also snapped the stud off the shift linkage by accident, so what should i do weld a bolt on? other than that its the trans mount i need, its welded on the 95 from factory and i need it. Is it welded all around from the factory or does it have spot welds for me to cut?. Im hoping on getting the car on its feet again today so Id love some quick input!
Best to just find a MT F23A1 PCM. Don't goof with the B2 ECU
Your 95 intermediate shaft may work, but I'm fairly sure the driver side axle is going to be a different length than the 95. You can try, but be cautious if it is too short it will dislocate and if it is too long it will bind.
Not sure what stud you are referencing.

a standard rule of thumb is the axle for the the chassis you're using and the stub and axle for the tranny you're using but you might be able to go with the axles for your chassis altogether
