Default Performance fuel pump and Injectors for B series

i have a 1.8 bored to about a 2.0 and i notice that when warming up it will die down to about 200 rpm and then pick itself back up or just stall out completely. It really only happens when warming up from a cold start. I notice my timing belt is really loose. like loose loose on the exhaust side so i have it parked for now until my gates belt and tensioner come in. However i was considering getting a new fuel pump and injectors for it if that doesnt solve the issue. Any recommendations on quality fuel pumps and injectors? and what size injectors should i look into for my enigine. Its a GSR block with type R head in a 96 EK hatch
