2001 cr500 shutting off

2001 cr500 shutting off
My 2001 cr 500 usually starts on first kick but once warmed up it just shuts down. Sometimes up to ten minutes but mostly within 2 minutes. Do you suspect electrical or carbueration issue?

in my opinion is the carbueration because i have a ninja 250 2004 and i have the same problem and also check the battery
