car is swapped with a 99 ls swap
still using the stock b17 vtec engine harness
obd1 distributor (i converted the single plug to two separate plugs following a YouTube video - obd2 to obd1) seemed to work fine had no issues..

i just finished the swap a few days ago and it started up first try(still open headers btw)

my problem is at start up I seemed to be idling pretty rough
my idle stays somewhere around 900-1100 but I can't expect a steady idle right now

my issue is when I give it gas, no matter if a little or a good amount my idle bounces up and down. If it's a little bit it will bounce up down up down but in small variance. If more gas is given then it's a bigger variance. It feels like a limp mode but it does it at whatever idle I give it gas to.

i cleaned the iacv( code 14 is the only code I get)
still nothing . how do I know it's not distributor or ecu?
When all vacuum lines and coolant system is well burped it will start and shut off

only when I back out throttle body idle screw and remove fuel pressure regulator vacuum will it idle

i threw a p06 ecu on just because and of course it won't run perfect but it doesn't give me the bouncing issues, neither does a p72.. just for thought
