Default synthetic transmission oil

Has anyone had any experience using synthetic (amsoil/reline) oil in their transmissions instead of honda mtf?

I use Mobil1 ATF in my auto and it works good, smoother shifting.

I use Redline Shockproof Light with a Mugen Clutch type LSD...the gears and synchros look like new everytime I open the tranny up.

I bought a couple of Mugen Limited Slip Diff's (the clutch pack style) from King Motorsports a few years back. I have put a new clutch pack in one of them - that was after about 8 years. They may be hard to come by know...
