Default no start, no fuel

Here's the situation. i have a 97 civic coupe that i just did a b16a swap with p30 ecu. Went to start it and it cranks but wont start. It's getting spark but no fuel. changed the pgm-fi relay, still no start. checked for power at the fuel pump, 0 volts. I have a ground for the harness on the coolant housing, new grounds from the valve cover to chassis, chassis to block, and battery to chassis all with brand new 4 gauge wire. I did a wire tuck on this car as well and the two grounds near the headlights are grounded as well. what could the issue be from here? My next step is to check the fuses but the catch there is that there is no diagram for the fuse box under the hood (fell off i guess) or the fuses under the dash (missing cover). Instead of pulling every single fuse which i might do anyway does anyone have a diagram? what else can i check? Thanks for the help.
