Someone help me out please
first off I'm NOT trying to be a dick.. I just think you'd get better answers elsewhere....
go ask in the Civic forum... I doubt many of us here are trying to buy Civic headrests for our integra seatbacks and trying to "darken" them (the civic headrests) to match our teg seats.... (which would be the vise-versa/reverse of what your doing) or that we're buying civic headrests and trying to fade our seatbacks...
so I doubt anyone here is going to know how to "fade" the integra headrests to match the civic seats...
why not just buy the full integra seats and swap them into your civic... you just need to change the inner rail so that all 4 bolts on the seat bolt onto the floor..I've seen cloth integra seats for well under $200.... of you can see how much it'd cost to have a shop re-upholster the teg headrests to match your civic seats..

that would probably take a few years for it to fade and still might not be the right shade..
I think the upholstery shop (or just getting the entire teg seats) is your best bets...
