looking for some insight here, I own a 98+ spec ITR motor and my idle is getting out of control. seems almost as though my throttle gets stuck up until I tap the gas pedal. What exactly is my issue here? is it my iacv or is it my throttle position sensor? Just started happening. FYI its a brand new throttle body and intake manifold I just installed. Any help would be useful. Thanks

 

 

Could be as simple as your cable is getting stuck.
