Still trying to track down the source of the P01701 CEL. I'm completely baffled. As to what it might be, and would rather not take it to a mechanic. I'm hoping someone here can help me. Is the order incase you can't see it on the spread sheet

 

as i suggested in your other thread, you need a vacuum pump to do any meaningful testing, and you can manually test the map sensor

 

Ok, thanks. You still think it can be a leak? Wouldn't the trims start correcting once the engine is under load? the fuel trim get worse at 1500 and 2500 Rpm I'll have to track down a vacuum pump. Was trying to see if I can rule out other causes first.

 

Thats a horrible representation of the data. Its needs to be in graphical form and with more transient changes, so that the trend can be better analyzed.


Fortunately for you, I am ridiculously good at vehicle diagnostics and interpreting scan data.


Given the limited info,it appears you have a fuel delivery problem.. Since the vehicle is speed density, I'd test the primary O2 sensor, pressure regulator or fuel pump. Others can assist you in the testing procedures.

I suggest taking it to a pro, since this simple fault has you completely baffled......
