Icon5 What main relay do I need civic 2000 EK

Hey there,
I wanna order a new main relay for my honda, I know that I got RZ-0159 by Mitsuba.
I almost ordered a new one from Amazon than I saw this:
Amazon Amazon
Amazon Amazon

One Is described as

39400-S84-003 Main Relay Assembly

& the second as

39400-S10-003 Main Relay Assembly

My question is... what the S stands for? they both are RZ-0159. Does it really matter which one i'll order?

39400-S10-003 is the correct part number for a 2000 Civic Sedan (any trim level).
