2000 Accord Won't Start - Green Key Light Flashing
The green key light flashes continuously with the key turned. Engine cranks, but won't turn over.
All of my research seems to point to an issue with the immobilization system, but I bought my car used and it has never had a factory key w/ chip. I have the original owner's manual, and it says nothing about immobilization.
I've replaced the PGM FI relay switch before I noticed the flashing green light, as it seemed that might be a simple solution. No luck there.
Is there a manual bypass or some other route that I can take? Any help would be much appreciated!

No, not the same car. I'm new to these forums.
I found this forum while searching the internet for a solution, but didn't see anything that jumped out. Do you happen to have a link to the previous thread?
Thanks!
