Accord rough after idling
I have a 2006 honda accord 4 cylinder been in good shape and working well.
Today on the way back from lunch for a conference call so when I go to the office I stayed in the car on the call with the car idling (and ac on) for probably about an hour. Anyway all of a sudden the engine started to sound rough so I quickly turned the car off and let it sit a bit. I did try to restart it and it would start but then was still real rough and then sputtered out. Since my call was finally done I left it and went in the office and will look at it after work hoping it may have just gotten a little too hot just sitting there idling (though never had any issues of that nature before with the car).
I know just letting it sit is probably unlikely to help but want to try that before getting it towed somewhere since it is rough enough I'd be uncomfortable moving it much.
Any thoughts or ideas on what the issue might be and what I may be looking at here?

it's actually bad to idle a car with the ac on for extended periods, try scanning for codes, you may need to compression test just to make sure the head didn't warp if it overheated and you didn't notice
