Not quite sure if I'm reading it wrong but the only code I can come up with is 15-4, which doesn't exist. Bought the car with srs on, replaced steering wheel bag, passenger takata recall inflator, and srs module in center console. Paperclipped the obd2 diag port at 4&9 and got this code. Also, in ign2 position(and running), side airbag off light on the cluster constantly blinks now. It did not prior to srs module replacement.
