Hey guys are hoping for a little insight, I have a 2010 Honda Civic 1.8 liter.

When I have the heat on or air if it's on the windshield, windshield and feet or just the feet whenever the fan kicks on the RPMs drop to 5 or 600 and is it the feeling like it wants to stall. The same thing happens when I go to put the windows up too.

I took it to a local shop to see if they could sort it out and then I took it to Honda as well and neither one of them could tell me what it is. No error codes are coming up on the dash or anything so it's a bit of a mystery to me.
