2002 Honda Civic won't start
Ok out of nowhere my car wont start anymore. I open the door, interior light comes on, put key in ignition, the power stutters and sometimes it will stabilize and courtesy chime sounds. Turn key, and I'll hear a light click from under the steering column.....all the instrument lights dim and flicker. The sounds is coming from a VFM-11F41-Z06 that is basically vibrating.
Try to turn on headlights and everything except some basic lights stop and headlights won't come on. I've tried jumping the car, and I'm just lost. I Was literally driving the car, stopped to get gas, and came back to it with this issue. Any help is appreciated.

That click you are hearing is probably the starter relay. Assuming you own a multimeter of sorts, start by verifying battery voltage. Anything under 12.6V DC (engine off/no load) is insufficient. How old is your battery? Doesn't sound like it's dead, but it's undervoltage if it can't fire the starter.

Bad grounds, it sounds like. Use a multimeter to measure impedance between the negative battery post and any clean bolt on the chassis. If it's more than about 2-3 ohms, reground it. Test between battery, transmission, and engine block. Also check your cigarette lighter voltage to verify low power and not a fuse problem. And you may want to verify your main fuse and associated relays are OK in the engine bay fuse box, could be half blown. That fuse should meter to 0-2 ohms at most.
Also disconnect and clean the battery terminals. I've seen multiple vehicles that wouldn't start with symptoms of a low battery turn out to be corroded/loose terminals.
