Default Diagnosing this problem from rear passenger wheel. Wheel won't free spin

I can drive 4 miles and it not make a noise. And it makes noises and then stops. It seems like once the area warms up there's a squeeling/metal jingling sound.

So I got home and jacked up the rear to spin the tires. The driver's side spins fine and makes no noise. The passenger's side doesn't spin far at all before it stops then there is an awful squeeling noise. The brakes need to be changed badly on all 4 corners.

Am I experiencing a partially locked up caliper maybe?

How about you actually go look instead of wasting other people's time who have no idea what state of disrepair your car is in.

You say caliper so I assume you have calipers in the back. Remove the caliper (I would actually remove the whole thing to include holder and pads as a unit use a hangar to hold it out of the way put wheel back on and see if the wheel turns freely or if is the same then I would say your wheel bearing is the problem
