Default Swap H23a1 vtec F22b1 trans

Hi, i'm new, i did a swap in my Accord ex coupé 96, put a h23a1vtec from a accord wagon 1999, and i put the F22b1 manual transmission, the thing is the ecu of the engine la auto, and only revs yo 5000 rpms, vtec no kick in, i know that the problem is the ecu, can't i pinout? Or i can use another obd2b ecu? Please i need help

You will need an OBD2 VTEC ECU. If your EX has the F22B1 it should already be VTEC.

What wiring harness do you have and/or what modifications have you made to the electrical?

It is really hard to diagnose issues like this with little information on how it was completed and what parts were used.
