2013 Honda Accord-rear seat won’t fold forward
I pull the release cable in the trunk, but the seat will not fold down. It holds tight. It has been at least a year since I folded the seat down. Any suggestions? Not sure if it’s related but I had the trunk lid replaced because my husband backed into a mailbox could the body shop have reattached the cable improperly? Appreciate any suggestions.

You're suppose to be able to just pull the release handle first, then push the seat from inside the trunk (a little hard to reach), or walk around to go around through the rear passenger door and pull the seat down.
If you have something placed on the rear seats pushing up against the rear seat back, you may have to pull the release handle and push the rear seat from the trunk at about the same time.
