Hello Honda peeps. Trying to figure out a power issue with my 95 accord. First off it has been sitting for some time. I was told it needed an ecm/ ecu. I turn the key to the on position and lose all power. Key in off position I have constant power to both ecu and main relay. Any body heard of this or have experienced anything close please let me know. I’m not quite sure how this works, as this is my first attempt at a forum.
