The car was in an accident, the a.c. condesor was removed and radiator replaced. After the repairs were done from the accident the starter wouldn't crank so that was replaced. Once I could get the car to start it would stay in a few seconds then shut down with a few relays ticking, one being the for the throttle control module, and the shift Indictator flashing between R and D rapidly. I replaced the pcm with a know good one and the problem continued, any help would be great and appriciated.
