Default F series sohc Adjustable Cam gears Discontinued and hard to find?

I bought another 97 accord LX it had a F22B2 the timing belt had broke on the previous owner. Picked it up for $600 My last cd5 97 LX accord I had since 2002 and years later I had it with a fully built JDM F20b sir-t pde cast the T2T4 had bad syncros after about 6 years of driving it and I swapped it for a more sturdier transmission which was T2W4. Long story short I sold my accord last year I’m not trying to go all out like the last time,I had my other accord since I was 19 yrs old. Now I bought a f23a for the new accord and I rebuilt my T2T4 transmission in my garage. I have 11lb flywheel stage 2 clutch that was sitting around I found an old 60mm throttle body and spacer from another build it was my 97 prelude, I know my way around Honda’s now my question is I can’t find a adjustable cam gear, everywhere I look it’s seems to be out of stock? Can I use a D series adjustable cam gear ? I’m waiting on my cam to come back before I drive it on the road to tune it. Thanks guys
