My battery light keeps coming on and flashing on and off through out the day I have changed the alternator and put a new battery in it just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if so how did you fix it what else could be making this happen

 

you obviously disconnected battery to reset stuff.
are all cables tight? 100% sure?
grounds loose or missing?
correct battery?
new alt or...new used.... new used can be bad straight from the box.(had it happen)

I would retighten all connections especially the power cable to the back of the ALT.
you can get your car to autozone or oreilys etc. they can check your battery and alt in the parking lot.

 

Took alternator to had it checked and they said it was great bought a brand new battery yesterday cuz they said my battery was bad will check the cables and everything else thankyou will get back to you

 

Where exactly did you get the alternator and what brand is it ?
