Ep3 maintanace light reset problem

i just got a new daily ep3 and just did the oil change. Im trying to reset it, but its not going away. Also on the odometer, theres no Trip A or Trip B only mileage. When i press the reset button it doesnt change, it only shows the mileage. Is my Odometer broken?

All you do is shut off the engine, put in in the On position, and hold the button down for 10 seconds.

I’ve tried many times.
i’ve also tried this
key off, hold button, key on while holding the button and wait 10 sec. no luck

My trip button doesnt work well, I have to press it just right. You may be in the same boat.

My trip button is offset internally. I have to press it in with pressure to the left to make the contact, which I assume has shifted somehow to the right. Might give that a try, some sideways pressure, push the button, key on, wait till its off.

Thanks for the reply guys. I was able to turn the lights off by pressing and up/down at the same time. After 5 years according to the pervious owner, the light finally turned of.
