Default Parasitic draw on battery

2013 Honda CR-V EX has a 90ma parasitic draw. Draw goes away when Fuse 28 (interior lamps) is pulled from engine compartment fuse panel. Interior lamp cut relay is staying energized. I tested the pink wire from the relay coil to the module for a short to ground and found no continuity. Module is keeping relay energized after everything else times out. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

It the interior light cut relay contacts are staying closed even when there is no ground at the pink wire coming from the driver's MICU or due to a short to ground, then the relay contacts may be sticking and relay is faulty.

Thanks, I thought of that and swapped relays with the fog lamps. Forgot to mention it in my last post. I can hear and feel the relay click so I know it's working.

It seems to me the driver's MICU is providing ground so it must be a bad MICU or something is telling it to keep the relay energized all the time.

It may not be due to a bad MICU. Even years ago, Honda had service information regarding excessive parasitic draw with the body controller area network (B-CAN) system being a major contributor. The B-CAN system has two operating modes to reduce parasitic draw: the wake-up mode and the sleep mode.

Foe example, the real cause can be something like a stuck door lock switch which causes the body controller area network (B-CAN) system to stay awake. If something like a door lock switch sticks in either its lock or unlock position (the input signal stays on), the system won’t return to the sleep mode.

That makes sense. I know most people like to blame the computer right off the bat but I'm not convinced the MICU is bad.
How would I go about testing the door lock switches? Are they part of the latch assembly? What else could prevent the MICU from going to sleep mode?
I will say that watching the draw, you can see it go down as circuits go into sleep mode. Afterwards, the only thing left on is the interior lamps relay.
