Hello guys! So I just put my build together and I started noticing a coolant leak coming from the car. Some days its small and others its big!!!! I have already inspected ALL coolant lines, thermostat, IAC, head, heater hoses at firewall and there are no visible leaks coming from engine bay. The weird part is, this leak only starts to happen when my car is off. It also only starts to happen around the firewall area. In one of the pics you could see how it is dripping from the floor panel on the passenger side BUT no leaks are inside the car. Do you guys think it could still be a heater core issue? Is there a gap in the firewall where the heater hoses connect that the coolant could possibly be leaking into causing it to go into the body and then leak out?

 

maybe you could loop/plug up the heater core lines, then drive around for a few days and see if you still have the issue. that way you can try to isolate the variables.

 

I was thinking of doing that. I am going to pressure test the system tomorrow morning and see what happens.

 

What is the size of the heater hose? Does anyone know?
